The professional network caters for individuals and businesses, providing advice and administrative work, carried out with the clients consent and on the client’s behalf regarding financial and business matters.
We operate a B2B contract that follows the GOV guidelines regarding how a contract is formed, with the terms and obligations for both parties being sent in writing for the client’s approval. As this is B2B agreement there is, no cooling off period, no cancelation or amendment to any part of the contract once the client has clicked agree to the terms and conditions, as this acts as their signature.
Fees
The fee for our administrative/advisory service is £33.50 per month for a fixed term of 12 months.
How the service works and additional charges
There is no limit to how many times our service can be used over the period of the contract, however, if a case needs additional support from other professionals’ other charges may apply. These charges will be negotiated by TPN with the client on the third parties’ behalf with no obligation on the client’s part.
Renewal
The client will be notified 28 days before the end of the contract date via email advising of our auto renew system. Once the client receives this email, they will have 28 days to opt out.
If no contact is made by the client, the contract will auto renew with identical terms/fees for a further 12 months.
Important
TPN advises that it is the client’s responsibility to notify and provide all documents and information needed to deal with each matter presented.
Any missing paperwork, evidence, or facts unknown to TPN at the time of dealing with a matter, may hinder TPN’s performance and lead to dissatisfaction in trying to provide a complete service.
The professional network operates in an advisory role only, supplying paperwork, admin, advice, and negotiation at the clients’ request. We encourage all clients to obtain independent legal (or other) advice regarding the matters they present to us.
TPN does not take any responsibility for any financial loss or negative repercussions as a result of the work carried out on behalf of the client.
